Design Features
Rittal cabinets are used which provide excellentsealing at the cable inlets and outlets. All components inside the cabinet are from well-known international brand like Siemens, ABB, and Schneider. Components are arranged in a reasonable way to facilitate the operation. Employed Wireless control which avoids the problems caused by control cables such as frequent maintenance on the carbon brush for cable wheel, interruption of signal resulted from cable damage during operation .etc.

Characteristics
The VCS box is designed according to Lafarge electrical specification STD002U22. All VCS series acquired CCC (China Compulsory Certification) and CE certificates. The cut-off switches used are directly supplied by oversea suppliers such as SOCOMEC, ABB. The switch contact is visible from outside. The switch is operated through the handle which is installed on the right side of the box. Maximum 3 padlocks can be attached to the handle. The status of the cut-off switch can be seen from three locations: 1．Watch the main contact through the window installed on the door 2．Identify open(O) or close(I) through the hole on the right side of the window 3．Position of the handle indicates open(O) or close (I)

Characteristics
The terminal box ranges from 6, 10, 20 to 240 terminals. The terminals used are from international renowned suppliers such as Weidmuller, Pheonix. We provide customized design as per the demands of the clients. Example: Model TB-2.5-10P TB-terminal box 2.5-maximum cross-section area of the wire 10P-quantity of terminals

Characteristics
CW/CCW starter and stopper for the main loop and status indicator are included in each plug-in unit. Interlock device is installed to control the operation sequence of the plug-in unit. The plug-in unit can only be moved when both main loop and auxiliary loop are on off position. Signs are made to indicate the different positions of the unit, including moving position, test position, cut-off position and connecting position. The plug-in units adopt standard module design with compact arrangement and universal structure. It features in flexible assembly, safe, smaller size and easy mounting. The MCC panel is competitive LV switchgear equipment in China at present. All electrical components are from international renowned supplier. And the MCC panel can be customized as per the requirements of the clients.

Characteristics •This control cabinet is installed with the bag filter to control the dust cleaning operation. Siemens S7 PLC is used to improve the reliability. •The control cabinet can be operated through buttons on the panel or touch-screen. Local/remote controls are available. For remote control, the filter can be act on set time or pressure.

Characteristics
•ACC door are mounted with the frame via hinge connections. Voltmeter is installed on the door.
•All electrical components are from famous brand such as Schneider, ABB .etc.It is suitable for single phase, two phase, three phase three lines, three phase four lines and three phase five lines system of 50HZ, 500V and load current 30A-1000A. The ACC panel can provide control, leakage protection, motor overload, short-circuit and open phase protection for industrial power distribution system.
•The casings of the panel are made of good cold-rolled steel plates with thickness over 1.5mm. The surface is undergone electrostatic coating with colorful particles. With reasonable design, nice appearance and safe &reliable operations, the ACC panels are widely used in the workshops of various factories.
